1 Dedicated consultation desk for inappropriate childcare (started on April 1, 2023)
From the staff of nursery schools in the city (nursery schools, kindergartens, certified children's schools, etc.) or guardians of children, we accept consultations on inappropriate childcare at the garden at a dedicated consultation counter. In addition, according to the content of the consultation received, we will receive advice from an external expert (lawyer) and link it to appropriate improvement guidance for operating corporations and facilities. Through these mechanisms, we will promptly resolve problems and provide safe and secure childcare for children and parents.
