What is the current situation?

Those who have been certified as benefits (*) must submit the current status registration form every year based on the Child and Child Care Support Act. Based on the submitted registration form, we confirm whether it corresponds to a reason for needing childcare (employment, etc.) and whether the household situation changes.
If there is a need to change certification due to the content of the current registration form, etc., the certification will be changed on September 1 as the date of application of the change. If you need to change your certification by August, please apply for a certification change to the ward office Children and Families Support Division.

About employment certificate
