Disposable diapers at Yokohama City Nursery School for the purpose of promoting the use of flat-rate services such as disposable diapers for Yokohama City Nursery School users, and reducing the burden of bringing diapers for users and reducing the burden of diaper management for nursery teachers. We support a part of the cost pertaining to flat-rate use services such as diapers.

Amount of subsidies to be issued

500 yen per person per month in elementary school studenｔ

Grant of subsidies

（１） The user who intends to receive the subsidy delegates the application, request and receipt of the subsidy to the company.
（２） Based on delegation from user, company performs all office work pertaining to application, request and receipt of subsidy to Yokohama-shi.
（３） The operator charges the user for a monthly usage fee that offsets the subsidy.

Except for the cover of the proposal, do not include any company name or description that can estimate the company name (including the unique service name) in the proposal.

In the case of mailing, please use registered mail and send it so that it arrives by the deadline.
If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

1 Confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and notify the results of the proposal qualification confirmation regardless of whether or not they are qualified. If you are confirmed that you are eligible for a proposal, we will send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
2 By Tuesday, March 26, 2024, we notify.
