（１） User who is going to receive grant of subsidy entrusts application, request and receipt of subsidy to company.
（２） Based on delegation from user, company performs all office work related to application, request and receipt of subsidy to Yokohama-shi.
（３） The business operator charges the user a monthly usage fee that offsets the subsidy.
