"Three Movements" prohibiting donations
In order to realize clean politics, money-free politics, and ensure the fairness of elections, this is a campaign to avoid doing activities prohibited by the provisions of the Public Office Election Law.
- Politicians don't give donations to voters
- Voters don't ask politicians to donate money.
- Don't accept donations from politicians to voters.
1 Prohibition of donations by politicians
Politicians (incumbent politicians, candidates, candidates who are going to be candidates) are prohibited from donating to people in the constituencies regardless of time or name. Except for:
- Celebration at wedding receptions where politicians themselves attend
- Incenses at funerals and wake-ups attended by politicians themselves
However, even if it is 1 or 2, you will be punished if it is made in connection with an election or if it exceeds the level of ordinary socializing.
In addition, donations in the name of politicians by non-politicians is also prohibited with penalties.

2 Prohibition of solicitation and demand for donations to politicians
It is also forbidden to solicit or require a politician to make a donation, and will be punished for soliciting or requesting to intimidate a politician or to lose the politician's election or election rights. 3 Prohibition of donations by affiliates of politicians

4 Prohibition of donations from sponsoring organizations
A post-political support organization (so-called sponsoring association) gives wreaths, flowers, incense, celebration and other similar items to people in the constituencies, and donate donations other than donations related to events and businesses conducted for the purpose of establishing the supporting organization. If you do, you will be punished regardless of time or name.
5 Prohibition of greetings such as New Year's cards
Politicians are not allowed to give greetings (including telegrams) to the people in the constituencies except for those who have handwritten their own greetings, such as New Year's cards and summer greetings. .
6 Prohibition of paid advertisements for the purpose of greeting
