Donations prohibited

Donations from politicians are prohibited. Voters are also prohibited from asking voters to donate.

Politicians and candidates will be punished if they donate to anyone in the constituency. Voters can't ask for donations.
For a clean election that does not cost money, let's firmly protect the three "no" of "don't give, don't ask, don't accept."

1. Prohibition of donations from politicians
Politicians (candidates, prospective candidates, and those who are currently in public office) will be punished for doing the following for those in the constituencies:
・Food and beverages and goods to gatherings such as Neighborhood Associations, and donations to festivals
・Funeral incense books and wreaths attended by secretaries and others.
・Sending to local athletic meet and sports competitions
・Small souvenirs such as mid-year gifts and year-end gifts
・Celebratory money and goods for childbirth, admission, graduation, employment, etc.
・Wreaths such as opening celebrations and celebration money

2. Prohibition of solicitation and demand for donations to politicians
Voters will be punished for soliciting or requesting donations for the purpose of intimidating or losing politicians' voting rights or rights to be elected.

3. Prohibition of donations from sponsoring organizations
A so-called politician's supporters will be punished for offering wreaths, incense books, celebration, etc.

4. Prohibition of greetings such as New Year's cards
Politicians are not allowed to give greetings (including telegrams) to the people in the constituencies, such as New Year's cards and summer greetings to those in the constituencies (however, handwritten by handwriting for return) Excluding).

5. Prohibition of paid advertisements for the purpose of greeting
Politicians and supporters are not allowed to place paid advertisements in newspapers, magazines, Neighborhood Association lists, etc. to those in the constituencies.

6. Suspension of civil rights
Penalties under 1, 2, 3 and 5 will result in civil rights suspension.

※Restrictions on donations of specific companies, etc. concerning the election in Yokohama
Please note that companies with a certain relationship with Yokohama City are prohibited from donating related to the Yokohama City Congressional Elections or donations related to political activities.
