Prohibition of donation

Donations of politicians are prohibited. It is also prohibited to request donations from voters.

Politicians and candidates will be punished if they donate to anyone in the constituency. Voters can't ask for donations.
For a clean election that does not cost money, let's protect the three "nothing" of "don't give, don't ask, don't accept".

1. Prohibition of donations by politicians
Politicians (candidates, prospective candidates and those who are currently in public office) will be punished for doing the following to those in the constituencies:
・Food and drinks and goods to gatherings such as Neighborhood Associations, donations to festivals, etc.
・Fragrances and wreaths of funerals attended by secretaries and others on behalf of them
・Offers to local sports and sports competitions
・Small souvenirs such as mid-year gifts and year-end gifts
・Congratulations and goods for childbirth, admission, graduation, employment, etc.
・Wreaths and celebration money for opening of the store

2. Prohibition of solicitation and request for donations to politicians
Voters are punished for soliciting or requesting donations for the purpose of intimidating or losing the politician's right to vote or be elected.

3. Prohibition of donations by sponsoring organizations
A so-called politician supporter's party will be punished for offering wreaths, incense, celebration, etc.

4. Prohibition of greeting cards such as New Year's cards
Politicians are not allowed to give greetings (including telegrams) to people in the constituencies, such as New Year's cards and summer greetings, to those in the constituencies (however, handwritten for return) Except).

5. Prohibition of paid advertisements for the purpose of greeting
Politicians and supporters' associations are not allowed to place paid advertisements in newspapers, magazines, Neighborhood Association lists, etc. for the purpose of greeting people in the constituencies.

6. Suspension of civil rights
If you are punished by 1, 2, 3 and 5, you will be subject to civil rights suspension.

※Restrictions on donations of specific companies, etc. related to the Yokohama election
Please note that companies that have a certain relationship with Yokohama City are prohibited from donating for the Yokohama City Congressional Election or for political activities. .
