Call for Bright Election Message Card Contest
I'm looking forward to your work.
For the "future" who has won the right to vote at the age of 18, we hold a "bright election message card contest" to create a message that conveys the importance of voting participation.
Excellent works are scheduled to be exhibited at stations and shopping malls. We look forward to your continued support.

Let's move resident certificate when we move.
For those who are moving to school or finding a job, in principle, their dormitories and apartments will be the new Address area.
Don't forget to move resident certificate so that you can vote in the New Address.
Three months have passed since you moved resident certificate, you will be registered in the electoral list of New Address and you can vote in New Address.
If you have an election less than three months after you moved to resident certificate, you can vote in the former Address if you lived in the former Address for more than three months.
If you cannot go to the former Address area, you can use the absentee voting system. For more information, please refer to the following link.

About change such as division of lower house small constituency
With the partial revision of the Public Office Election Law, the division of constituencies for members of the lower house constituency have been partially changed.
Kohoku Ward, along with some areas of Tsuzuki Ward , was formerly the 7th ward of Kanagawa Prefecture. After the change, Kohoku Ward alone will become the seventh ward of Kanagawa Prefecture.
About fixed number by proportional representative constituency (block), fixed number of southern Kanto constituency to which Kanagawa belongs increases by one person to 23 people.
From the next lower house general election, elections are held in new constituencies, fixed numbers.

About overseas voting of the Supreme Court National Examination
A partial amendment to the Supreme Court Judge's National Examination Law allows those residing abroad to vote for the Supreme Court judge's national review.
