What is the Election Commission?

The Election Commission is set up as an independent body from the head to hold fair elections, and consists of four members elected in Congress.

Major duties

Execution and management of various elections
Committee Meetings
Preparation of electoral lists and overseas electoral lists
Acceptance of absentee votes from other municipalities
Examination of the validity of the signature on the direct request
Selection of prospective candidates for judges and prosecutor judges
Enlightenment and dissemination of elections

The date and time are subject to change, so if you would like to observe, please check in advance by telephone.
In addition to the above, elections are held separately as necessary.

About hearing of Election Administration Committee

The capacity is 4 people (If the capacity is exceeded, it will be a lottery.)
Reception should come to the Election Commission window (43rd floor on the 4th floor of the ward office) 30 minutes before the start of the meeting to 10 minutes before the start of the meeting.
Depending on the bill to be discussed, it may be closed.
