Election Commission

The Election Commission is set up as an independent body from the head to conduct fair elections, and is composed of four members elected in parliament.

• Execution and management of various elections
• Holding committee meetings
• Preparation of electoral lists and overseas electoral lists
• Acceptance of absentee voting from other municipalities
• Examination of the validity of the signature for direct billing
• Selection of prospective judges and prosecution judge
• Enlightenment and awareness of elections

• The date and time of the event are subject to change, so if you would like to observe, please confirm by telephone in advance.
• In addition to the above, it is held separately as necessary at the time of election.

1. Capacity is 4 people (If the capacity is exceeded, it will be a lottery.)
2. Reception should come to the Election Administration Commission window (43rd floor on the 4th floor of the ward office) 30 minutes to 10 minutes before the meeting start.
3. Depending on the agenda to be discussed, it may not be disclosed.
