Significance and Purpose

Vaccinations improves resistance (immunity) by inoculating vaccines that have been confirmed to be effective in preventing disease.
It is expected to have the effect of making it difficult to become severe.
This is one of the measures to protect the lives and health of everyone, not only to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, but also to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

System

The vaccination law stipulates the type of vaccination, implementation method, relief system, etc.
Including Yokohama-shi, "regular inoculation" to carry out in each local government and "voluntary inoculation" to have individual inoculated are different.

For being vaccinated

Please note the following points so that you can accept Vaccinations more safely.

1.Physical condition

Do not inoculate in the event of poor physical condition with weak resistance, and ascertain whether there is any allergies with past food and drugs.
We will consider vaccination in consultation with a doctor so that everyone can receive the vaccination in perfect physical condition.

2.Those who cannot receive vaccinations

・Those with apparent fever (37.5°C or higher)
・Those who are known to have a serious acute illness
・Those who have had a severe allergic reaction depending on the components of the inoculated vaccine
・In addition, those who are judged to be inappropriate by the doctor

3.Those who need to consult with the doctor in charge

・Those with underlying diseases such as cardiovascular system, kidney, liver, blood, etc.
・If you have a fever within 2 days after vaccination, suspecting allergies such as generalized rashes in Vaccinations
Those who have had symptoms
・Those who have a history of convulsions in the past
・Those who have been diagnosed with immunodeficiency in the past and those who have congenital immunodeficiency

4.General precautions after inoculation

・For 30 minutes after vaccination, be sure to contact your doctor, as sudden side effects may occur.
・You can take a bath, but do not rub the injected site strongly.
・Avoid intense exercise on the day of vaccination.

5.Inoculation interval

Please note that the interval between different types of live vaccines must be at least 27 days apart from the date of vaccination of the live injection vaccine to the different types of live vaccines.
※Excludes mixed vaccines. Simultaneous vaccination is possible if the doctor deems it necessary.

About inoculation interval between COVID-19 vaccine and other vaccines

Notwithstanding the above, COVID-19 vaccine and other vaccines (excluding influenza vaccines) will not be vaccinated at the same time, and the interval between COVID-19 vaccines and other vaccines (excluding influenza vaccines) should be one of each other. Please leave an interval of at least two weeks after receiving the vaccine.

Inoculation site

We carry out in medical institution (Cooperating Medical Institutions) of Yokohama-shi medical association member in Yokohama-shi.
Reservations may be required, so be sure to check in advance by phone.
