The goal is 350g a day!
The estimated amount of vegetables required per day is 350g (adult), but the average amount of vegetables that Yokohama citizens eat per day is about 270g, and it is said that there is a shortage of vegetables. Let's taste plenty of vegetables every day. In addition, Izumi Ward has the largest cultivated land area in the city, agriculture is thriving, and you can enjoy fresh vegetables in Izumi Ward. Izumi Ward Dietary Promotion Staff will introduce recipes that can be easily made using mainly vegetables from Izumi Ward.
Of course, it is important to combine each meal, staple food (rice, etc.), side dishes (vegetables, seaweed dishes, etc.), and main dishes (meat, fish, eggs, soy dishes). Let's also refer to the food balance guide!

Members of the dietary life improvement promotion, under the slogan "Our health is our hands", practice their own health promotion and deepen contact with friends and local people, We aim to create a vibrant community through health promotion activities that harmonize nutrition, exercise and rest.
