Winter Recipe 2: A collection of dishes made with Izumi Ward vegetables

Turnip and crab soup
An example of cooking a turnip and crab soupMaterials (for 2 people)
・Turnip (4 pieces)…280g)
・A crab…50g)
・Dashi soup (how to make it)…500ml)
・A…Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Mirin (1/2 tbsp)
Ginger juice (1 teaspoon)
・Water-soluble potato starch
…Potato starch (1/2 tbsp)
Water (1 tbsp)
・Grated ginger (1 teaspoon)

How to make it
1 Peel the turnip thinly, cut it in half, and cook in broth.
2 When the turnip becomes soft, put the crab and A.
Add water-soluble potato starch to 32 and thicken.
4 Put the grated ginger on the finish.
Broccoli scallop scallops

・Canned scallop scallops

・Shiitake (2 sheets)…30g)
・Carrot (30g)
・Ginger (10g)
・A…Water (80ml)
Solid consomme (1/4 pieces)
Sake (1/2 tbsp)
Oyster sauce (a little)
Pepper (a little)
・Water-soluble potato starch
…Potato starch (2 teaspoons)
Water (4 teaspoons)
・Sesame oil (1 tbsp)

How to make it
1 Broccoli is bite-sized, stems are cut and boiled to 5 mm long heat.
The carrots are sliced and boiled.
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Ginger is sliced.
2 Put canned scallop, shiitake mushrooms, ginger and A in a frying pan, and when boiling, add water-soluble potato starch and mix quickly.
3 When thickened, add sesame oil to the scent and pour over broccoli and carrots on a plate.
Crab cans are also delicious.
Meat dumplings and Chinese cabbage soup

・Minced pork (100g)
・A…Green onion

Ginger juice (1/2 tbsp)
Eggs (1/4 pieces)
Potato starch (1/2 tbsp)
Salt (2 knobs)
Pepper (a little)
・Chinese cabbage (150g)
・Boiled bamboo shoot (30g)
・Carrot (20g)
・Solid consomme (1)
・Pepper (a little)
(for one person)

Vegetable volume: 100g
Salt: 1.6g
How to make it
1 Chinese cabbage is cut into 4cm.
Bamboo shoots are sliced in 4cm length.
Carrots are cut into flower shapes.
2 Add the minced pork to A and mix well until sticky, make a small bite-sized dumpling, boil the hot water in a pan and boil it.
3 When the fire passes, remove the meat dumplings and separate them from boiled juice.
4 Add water to the boiled juice of 3 and make it 400ml, add solid consommé and boil. Add 1 and cook the vegetables. Add 3 meat dumplings and season with pepper.

・Konjac (1/3 sheets)

How to make it
1 Boil the spinach, drain it, and cut it into 3cm.
Shiitake mushrooms are lightly sprinkled with salt <not included>, grilled and shredded.
Konjac is boiled and shredded.
2 The tofu is wrapped in a paper towel, heated in a microwave oven <500w> for 2 minutes, and drained.
3 The robes add other ingredients to the drained tofu and rub them so that they are smooth.

Komatsuna pork roll
Example of cooking komatsuna pork rollMaterials (for 2 people)
・Komatsuna (100g)
・Carrot (50g)
・Pork thigh (thin sliced)…100g)
・Bacon (4g)
・Shiitake (2 sheets)…40g)
・A…Water (180ml)
Soy sauce (1/2 tbsp)
Sake (1/2 tbsp)
Mirin (1/2 tbsp)
Salt (1/4 tbsp)
Konbu (1.5cm)
・Potato starch (2 tablespoons and 1/2)
・Mustard (1/2 tbsp)
・Green onion (small cut…1 bottle)
(for one person)
Energy: 190kcal
Vegetable volume: 78.5g
Salt: 1.6g
How to make it
1 Boil Komatsuna quickly, squeeze water, and cut it to a length of 10 cm.
Carrots are shredded vertically and boiled.
Bacon is shredded. Shiitake mushrooms are sliced.
2 Spread the pork thigh to a width and length of about 10 cm, wrap it with 1 Komatsuna, carrot and bacon as the core, and sprinkle with potato starch on the surface.
3 Lightly bake the surface of 2 in a frying pan, add A and shiitake mushrooms and cook.
4 Take out 3, cut one into bite-sized pieces, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with broth, sprinkle green onions, and add mustards.
