Spring Recipe 2: A collection of dishes made with Izumi Ward vegetables

Salad of new onions
Example of cooking of new onion saladMaterials (for 2 people)
・Onion (1/2 pieces in the middle)…130g)
・Jako (2 tablespoons)
・Pods (2 bottles of boiled)
・Paprika (10g for red and yellow)
・A…Soy sauce (less than 1 tbsp)
Vinegar (1/2 tbsp)
Salad oil (2 teaspoons)
Sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
(for one person)
Energy: 117kcal
Vegetable volume: 70g
Salt: 0.6g
How to make it
1 Slice the onions, expose them to water for 2 minutes and squeeze them. Cut the pods into small pieces. Paprika is cut into 5mm squares.
2 The jako is heated in a microwave oven <500w> for 20 seconds and then cooled.
3 Place 1 and 2 in a bowl and apply the dressing of A.
Steamed cabbage and clams
Example of cooking of steamed cabbage and clamsMaterials (for 2 people)
・Cabbage (1/4 pieces)…250~300g)
・Clams…300g)
・Sake (2 tablespoons)
・Soy sauce (less than 1/2 teaspoon)
(for one person)
Energy: 63kcal
Vegetable volume: 125~150g
Salt: 1.5g
How to make it
1 Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces (or shredded).
2 Put cabbage in a pan, put well-washed clams on it, sprinkle sake, cover and cook over medium heat.
After boiling, turn off the heat and cook for 7-8 minutes.
3 Add soy sauce to the finish and turn off the heat.
Stir-fried leek
Example of fried leekMaterials (for 2 people)
・Leek (100g)
・Sprouts (50g)
・Salt (a little)
・Dried sakura shrimp (7g)
・Sake (1/2 tbsp)
・Sesame oil (1/2 tbsp)
・Pepper (a little)
(for one person)
Energy: 39kcal
Vegetable volume: 75g
Salt: 0.4g
How to make it
Cut 1 leek into 4-5cm and sprinkle with salt with sprouts.
2 Put sesame oil in a frying pan, add cherry shrimp, add pepper and smell, add 1 and sake and fry quickly.
Carrot salad
Example of cooking carrot saladMaterials (for 2 people)
・Carrots (1/2)…70g)
・Salt (a little)
・Cucumbers (1/2 bottles)…50g)
・Enokidake (50g)
・Kareina (20g)
・Cheese (1/2 bottles)
・Ham (1 sheet)
・A…Vinegar (1/2 tbsp)
Soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
Sugar (1 tbsp)
Oil (1/2 tablespoons)
Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
Pepper (a little)
(for one person)
Energy: 118kcal
Vegetable volume: 70g
Salt: 0.9g
How to make it
1 Carrots are shredded into very thin 5 cm long, sprinkle with salt, and when soft, drain well.
Cucumbers are shredded with a length of 5 cm, and enokidake is cut in half except for the base, and quickly drained.
Wash the vegetables thoroughly, cut off the roots, and cut them in half.
Keep the cheese torn. The ham is shredded.
2 Mix the ingredients of 1 and mix with the dressing of A just before eating.
