How to take bonito and konbu soup stock

After soaking 5cm (approximately 5g) in 600ml of water for 10 minutes, heat and raise the konbu just before boiling.
Put 1 cup (about 10g) of shaving, weaken the fire, leave it for 30 seconds, and stop the fire.
Wait for the shavings to sink, rub the waddling liquid.
