How to take bonito and konbu soup stock

Soak 5cm (approximately 5g) in 600ml of water for 10 minutes, then heat and lift the konbu just before boiling.
Put one cup (approximately 10g), weaken the fire, leave it for 30 seconds, and stop the fire.
Wait for the shavings to sink, rubbish liquid.
