82."2023 Izumi Ward firefighting first ceremony" to decorate the New Year!

　Under the clear blue sky of winter, the "2023 Izumi Ward Fire Fighting First Ceremony" was held on January 7 (Saturday). In the first part, a ceremony was held at Izumi public hall, where he worked diligently on fire prevention and various disaster prevention initiatives. The award was given to local organizations and businesses that have made significant contributions to fireIzumi fire department. In addition, awards were given to those who worked as members of the fire brigade for many years, excellent members, and their families were commended. Once again, I would like to thank all of you for your enthusiastic activities. In particular, during the year-end and New Year holidays, as a special firefighting alert, we had strengthened our efforts such as fire prevention. Thank you very much.
　After the ceremony, the venue was moved to the Izumi Ward General Government Building, where firefighting performances were performed as the second part, and simultaneous water discharge and descent performances were performed. In the descent performance, fire department rescue workers showed off using ropes from the roof of the general government building, and then members of Izumi fire brigade performed simultaneous water discharge. At the time of water discharge, the light of the sun was reflected and a beautiful rainbow was applied to the general government building, making it a performance worthy of celebrating the New Year.
　Many inhabitants of the ward have come to visit, and although it was a short time, I feel that it was the first firefighting ceremony to celebrate the beginning of 2023.
　This winter has little rain and dry days continue. Fire prevention measures are of paramount importance for fire prevention. Let's make the Izumi Ward safe and secure with that in the past year.
