Documents relating to the transfer should be prepared by the heir. Please prepare documents that show that the owner has died (such as death certificate) and documents that identify the heir (such as a copy of certificate of family register), and bring the necessary items for the transfer at the Address ward or city hall.
※Please check with the ward office of the transfer destination in advance.
