Person who lives in the city and falls under any of the following.

（3） Those who have a Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook

When obtaining a license at a driving school designated by each prefectural public safety committee, we will support two-thirds of the cost required for skill training. However, the grant amount is within 100,000 yen.

Submit the certificate of passing the proficiency test at Health and Welfare Center in each ward to the driving school, obtain the certificate and submit it to the Health and Welfare Center office along with your notebook and driver's license.
