When obtaining a license at a driving school designated by each prefectural public safety committee, we will support two-thirds of the cost required for skill training. However, the grant amount is less than 100,000 yen.

（１） Handbook for the Physically Handicapped 1st to 4th grade
（２） Love Notebook (Nursing Handbook) A1 to B2, or those who have been judged to have an intelligence index of 75 or less at the Rehabilitation Consultation Center for Persons with Disabilities / children's guidance office
（３） Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook 1st to 3rd grade
※Applicable to those who have been issued a notebook, etc. at the time of passing the skill test.

Submit the certificate of passing the skill test (second style) (word: 19KB) to the driving school, receive the certificate, and bring the certificate, notebook, and driver's license to the counter within one year from the date of driver's license issuance Please bring it.
※We distribute skill test pass certificate (second style) in ward Health and Welfare Center.

Application is limited to once per person. There is only one type of license.
