　Comprehensive evaluation bidding method is a method of comprehensively evaluating both the company's technical skills and the price and determining the winning bidder.
　Unlike the current bidding method (price competition method), in which the company bids at the lowest price based on the standard design and construction method is the highest bidder, companies with higher technical skills are more likely to become successful bidders, improve quality, It is expected that the effects of promoting technological development of companies and suppressing bid rigging.

　Yokohama City adopts a comprehensive evaluation bidding method (standard type / simplified type) for construction of 300 million yen or more in principle.

　We have formulated the "Yokohama City Comprehensive Evaluation Successful Bidding Method Guidelines" which explained basic matters, operation methods, and points at the time of technical materials.
