・Applicable from construction contract contract pertaining to invitation of contract application (public notice, nomination notice or estimate request) made after January 1, 2023

・For construction prior to that, please apply the “Guidelines for Temporary Suspension of Construction [April 2017]” and “Example of documentation on“ Guidelines for Temporary Suspension of Construction ”[April 2017]” .
