1 Job description

  1. Subsidies for school budget expenditures
  2. Assistance for document preparation
  3. Telephone service
  4. In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically, auxiliary work only during working hours)

2 Application requirements

  1. Be able to perform basic computer operations (input Excel / word, terminal operation, etc.)

4 Working Conditions and Compensation

  1. Date of appointment from June 1, 1960 to November 30, 2006
  2. Working hours, etc. 8:45-17: 15 Break time: One hour designated by the manager during work hours
  3. 4 days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding days, Saturday and holidays.
  4. Work location City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat Education Facilities Section (City Hall 11F)
  5. Remuneration 9,150 yen per day (1,220 yen x 7.5 hours) * Scheduled amount at the time of public offering. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision. The term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commutation allowance shall be paid based on the provisions of the Ordinance on Salary and Cost Reimbursement for the Fiscal Year of Fiscal Year Appointment Staff

5 How to apply

6 Selection Method and Schedule

(1) First selection: Document selection
(2) Second selection: Selection by interview (only those who have passed the primary screening will be notified of the date and time and place of the second screening)

   Selection results: Notice of results will be sent out in late May 2024

7 Others

(1) Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned.
(2) If there is a false statement in the application form, etc., the pass may be cancelled.
(3) Regarding personal information collected by the city at the time of this selection, we will not use it for any purpose other than recruitment selection and office work related to recruitment.
   However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
(4) Transportation expenses to the selection venue will be borne by the applicant.
