Eligibility for application

Those who have knowledge and understanding of persons with intellectual disabilities and who are eager to find employment opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities
Those who have knowledge about working with disabilities and those who can operate personal computers to some extent
There is no age limit.

※ It is desirable to have experience in employment of persons with disabilities.

※ Those who fall under the disqualifications under Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law cannot take the exam.

Selection

　Applicants will be determined based on screening documents submitted and interviews.
<Schedule>
　The following schedule is scheduled for the selection, so please be careful in advance if you are applying.
・Interviews for those who have passed the document screening are scheduled for Friday, June 2nd.
・Those who plan to hire will be required to consult with physical checkup at the time of recruitment.
　physical checkup's consultation date is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13th.

Application Guidelines
Adopted Occupational	Municipal High School Employment Support Instructor (fiscal year appointment staff)
Employment Period	From July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 　(* Renewal regulations are available.) If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants. In addition, since the Local Public Service Law is applied, it will be conditional. If the number of working days per month after recruitment does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.
Main business Operations	Development of workplaces for high school students (company visits, coordination with related organizations, etc.) Guidance and consultation for establishment of workplaces for graduates of high school special needs schools Collection and provision of employment information for high school students of special needs schools Guidance and advice at workplace training destinations for high school special needs schools In addition, work related to employment support
Schools at work	School of work will be determined based on the vacancy status of each school. School planned to work ：Hinochuuo High School Special Needs School 2-25-3 Hino-Chuo, Konan-ku
Working days	Working 4 days a week from Monday to Friday (scheduled to be closed)
Service Time	8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including 60 minutes break)
Holidays	Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays
Payroll Monthly	211,800 yen In addition, year-end allowance was paid in December
Vacation	13 days of annual leave, 4 days of summer vacation, etc.
Transportation expenses	Payments equivalent to actual expenses (* Transportation expenses will not be paid if the commuting distance and the operating distance of transportation are less than 1 km.)
Society Insurance	Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
Disasters Compensation	work related accidents and others are compensated under the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance Law
Others	No smoking on the premises of the school. Applicants will be required to consult with physical checkup at the time of recruitment after passing.
