1.Job description

  1. Reception, data entry, and shipping of documents related to consultation
  2. Reception and telephone service
  3. Administrative assistance for general affairs

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2.Application requirements

Be able to perform basic computer operations (input Excel / word, terminal operation, etc.)
※Those who fall under the disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law cannot apply.

5.Working Conditions

  1. Work location: 845-2 Fusmukaicho, Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama-shi (8 minutes walk from Wadamachi Station on the Sotetsu Line)
  2. Working days: Month to Thursday (working 4 days a week)
  3. Working hours: From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 60 minutes break)
  4. Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays
  5. Holidays: Granted annual leave according to working conditions
  6. Remuneration, etc.: 8,490 yen per day (1,132 yen per hour)

     ・Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) based on Yokohama City standards

  1. Social insurance: Joined employment insurance

※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salaries and reimbursement of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.
