　The 2027 International Horticultural Expo Promotion Committee 2021 Regular Meeting was held to hold the International Horticultural Expo in Yokohama in 2027.
　In addition, from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19, a regular general meeting was held in writing and a proposal was voted on.
　At the regular general meeting, proposals were made on "2020 Business Report, Income and Expenditure Settlement (draft) / Audit Report" and "2021 Business Plan / Income and Expenditure Budget (draft)".
　He also reported that a subcommittee would be set up to prepare for the establishment of the Expo Association (tentative name).
