In preparation for the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Committee was held to hold the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition in Yokohama.
In addition, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, regular meetings were held in writing and voting on proposals.
At the regular general meeting, proposals were made on the “2020 Business Report, Income and Expenditure Settlement (Draft) and Audit Report” and “2021 Business Plan and Budget (Draft)”.
He also reported that a subcommittee would be set up to prepare for the establishment of the Expo Association (tentative name).
