In February 2015, the area including the 60, 61, and 62 blocks of the Minato Mirai 21 district, "City development centered on tourism and entertainment" was established as a policy for town planning. We perform open call for participants, and town planning is pushed forward.
This time, we will conduct a "dialogue" (sounding survey) with private businesses in order to sort out the conditions for open recruitment of developers in the 60/61 remaining blocks.
