Those who intend to run an outdoor advertising business must be registered by the prefectural governor (Article 9 of the Outdoor Advertising Law). When registering, it is mandatory to have a business chief (Article 10, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 of the Outdoor Advertising Act).
This time, we have decided to hold a seminar to obtain the qualification of the chief of business, so if you need it, please complete this seminar. In addition, this workshop is not limited to those in Kanagawa Prefecture, but anyone can take it.
