Those who intend to run the outdoor advertising business must be registered by the prefectural governor (Article 9 of the Outdoor Advertising Law). When registering, it is obligatory to have a business chief (Article 10, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 of the Outdoor Advertising Act).
We have decided to hold a workshop to obtain the qualification of the business chief, so if you need it for work, please complete this course. In addition, this workshop can be attended by anyone, not only in Kanagawa Prefecture.
