In Yokohama City, in 2009, the Yokohama Station Area Great Renovation Plan was compiled as "Excite Yokohama 22" and reported on initiatives with local organizations, railway operators, town development officials, etc. We are going as ".
About 10 years have passed since the plan was formulated, and it is at the turning point of the first and second stages. In the first stage, we have been promoting community development around Yokohama Station to realize "Excite Yokohama 22," including the construction of the JR Yokohama Tower and JR Yokohama Tsuruyacho Building, eliminating horsebacks, improving the West Exit station square, and redevelopment of West Exit Tsuruya.
We hold the eleventh round-table conference to look back on past approach and exchange opinions for town development of the second stage.
