On July 3, the 56th Conference of Mayors for Designated City was held in Tokyo, attended by The Mayor of Yokohama Yamanaka. We adopted four proposals and requests, such as "Recommendations of Designated City Mayors' Association on Extension and Expansion of Regional Base Strengthening Tax System for Further Promotion of Regional Revitalization and Local Revitalization Support Tax System".
