 At the 8 City Cooperation Mayors Conference (*), in order to respond to the common issue of the shortage of specialized human resources (technical occupations such as civil engineering and construction occupations), a “Study Group on Training and Securing Professional Human Resources” was launched. We have been discussing and examining the utilization of human resources aged 65 and over after the reappointment.

 This time, eight cities will cooperate and start operation of "approach for utilization of specialized human resources over 65 years old".

1 Overview of Initiatives
 We will share recruitment information (including those whose duties are similar to technical occupations) for the fiscal year appointment staff pertaining to each of the eight cities, and provide them to technical staff who reach the expiration date for re-election (65 years old) in each city. . In addition to securing experienced human resources in each city, elderly staff will have more options for working styles from the viewpoint of local contributions and passing on their own experiences and skills in each city.
