Based on the discussions at the 84th Kyushu Prefectural City Summit Meeting held on October 31, 2023 (Tuesday), we are pleased to announce that we have compiled the "Emergency Humanitarian Appeal by the Leaders of Nine Prefectures".

As the situation surrounding the Palestine Gaza Strip in the Middle East has become tense and serious, there was a proposal at the 84th Kyushu Prefectural Summit Meeting on the implementation of an "Emergency Humanitarian Appeal" and compiled today.
