Based on the discussions at the 84th Nine Prefectural City Summit held on October 31, 2023 (Tuesday), we are pleased to announce that we have compiled the "Emergency Humanitarian Appeal by the Leaders of Nine Prefectures".
1 History of the Implementation of Emergency Humanitarian Appeal
As the situation surrounding the Palestinian Gaza region in the Middle East becomes tense and serious, a proposal was made at the 84th Nine Prefectural City Summit Meeting to implement an "Emergency Humanitarian Appeal" and was compiled today.
