In Yokohama City, in order to promote the active participation of women and work-life balance, city companies etc. that actively promote the creation of a work environment where everyone can work are easy to work are certified as "Yokohama Good Balance Companies". Is supported.
This time, 182 companies, including 26 new companies, have been selected as Yokohama Good Balance Company in 2023.
As of January 1, 2024, the number of certified companies reached a record high of 233, including 51 certified companies in fiscal 2022.
