In Yokohama City, based on the "Fifth Yokohama City Gender Equality Action Plan", city companies that actively promote the creation of a work environment where everyone can work easily to promote the active participation and work-life balance of women Has been certified as "Yokohama Good Balance Company". This year's recruitment will start on Thursday, June 1st.
In addition, from FY2023, the system was partially revised in light of recent national trends and social conditions, and the name was changed from "Yokohama Good Balance Award" to "Yokohama Good Balance Company Certification". . It is easier to apply, so please apply by all means.
