Yokohama City will formulate a new medium-term plan in FY2022 (Reiwa 4).
This time, we have compiled the “Basic Direction of the New Medium-Term Plan,” which is the starting point for discussions toward formulation.
The basic direction is based on the ideal form of Yokohama around 2040, "City Image Aiming for Together" (OPEN x PIONEER 2040 YOKOHAMA), a city that opens tomorrow.
At the same time, it describes the medium- to long-term “strategy” for realizing the “city image to be pursued together” and the pillars of “policies” that focus on the planning period based on the strategy (“strategy” and “policy” The specific contents of the plan will be shown in the draft scheduled to be announced around September 2022 (Regulation 4).
