In Yokohama City, in order to promote the active participation of women and work-life balance, we certify city companies that actively promote the creation of a work environment where everyone can work easily as the "Yokohama Good Balance Award". The number of certified companies has been increasing year by year, and in fiscal 2022, 26 new companies were certified, a record high of 231.
