We are pleased to announce that Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka has received a written opinion from Chairman Hiroki Yamagishi for the realization of a "Special City Aimed by Yokohama City" by the Asahi Ward Alliance Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Liaison Council.
