With the Kohoku Ward as a field, experimental project launched the Social Impact Bond (SIB), a new public-private partnership method, from fiscal 2020 to fiscal 2020.
The experimental project provided a service that allows them to easily consult a professional physician online to verify the effectiveness of reducing the risk of postpartum depression.
Following the completion of verification of the effectiveness of the project and final evaluation, the number of people with high risk of postpartum depression, we will continue to provide the online maternal and child health consultation service in Kohoku Ward in fiscal 2022.
