Toyo University, the top runner in public-private partnership research, and Yokohama City, will conclude a partnership agreement on public-private partnerships.

Yokohama City and Toyo University Educational Corporation (President Takashi Anzai) have concluded a partnership agreement with the aim of promoting the development of the public-private partnership field and regional revitalization through joint research and human resource development on public-private partnerships.
In responding to various social and administrative issues, such as declining birthrate and aging population and aging public facilities, "public-private partnership" has become a more necessary way of thinking than ever before.
By concluding a partnership agreement with Toyo University, which has Japan's only graduate school and research center that specializes in public-private partnerships, we aim to further deepen and enhance the quality of co-creation initiatives that "create value together" with the various actors that Yokohama City has promoted.
