On December 3, 2021 (Friday), APL Esplanade, a container vessel "APL Esplanade" newly entered Japan on the ACSA1 service, a medium- and South America route "ACSA1" service, will enter the Honmoku Wharf D4 container terminal for the first time.
The vessel will be the largest 14,000 TEU (Note 2) ship at Honmoku Pier.
In Yokohama, a welcome ceremony will be held to commemorate the first entry. If you would like to participate in the event, please apply in advance.
(Note 1) Vessel volume: Carrying capacity of cargo to be loaded into a ship (Note 2) TEU: The number of containers converted at 20 feet
