Yokohama Kawasaki International Port Co., Ltd. (YKIP) and Yokohama Port Wharf Co., Ltd. (YPC) will switch the power of port facilities managed by both companies to power derived from renewable energy from April 1, 2022 as part of their decarbonization efforts. This is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 10,280 tons per year.
