Today, a part (31,776 shares) of the shares of Yokohama Port International Distribution Center Co., Ltd. (YCC) owned by Motoichi was transferred to Yokohama Port Wharf Co., Ltd. for a fee in order to strengthen the logistics function at the International Container Strategic Port. .
YCC owns and operates logistics facilities licensed by only four comprehensive tax-reservation areas nationwide, and together with Yokohama Port Wharf Co., Ltd., is responsible for logistics measures at Yokohama Port.
Therefore, in order to unify the logistics measures of Yokohama Port, the YCC shares held by Motoichi will be transferred to Yokohama Port Wharf Co., Ltd. for a fee, and the company will become the largest shareholder and make YCC an affiliated company.
