In Yokohama-shi, we devise "basic policy about public-private partnership in park" in September, 2019 and push forward attractiveness improvement of park by public-private partnership.
To utilize the Yamashita Park Rest House, we conducted a sounding-type market survey twice in fiscal 2020, and based on the results, we examined the conditions for public offering.
