In November 2020, the Ministry of the Environment issued a warning regarding the implementation of the obligation to submit a notification concerning the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law.
In response to this, we conducted a survey on city ordering work, and found that there were 83 unreported cases based on the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law and the ordinance on conservation of Yokohama City Living Environment in the past six years.
At the sediment transport destination of each construction, we perform the prescribed earth and sand tests appropriately.
In addition, when the contents of these works were confirmed, no effect that could lead to health damage.
