Concentration of Appearance Care Support for Cancer Patient Life

Based on the "Yokohama City Cancer Eradication Measures Promotion Ordinance" enacted in October 2014, Yokohama City has implemented various initiatives related to cancer control.
This time, as an initiative to promote Appearance (appearance) care to support cancer patients to live on their own, we explained the method of care with the cooperation of the National Cancer Center Central Hospital and city medical professionals. The leaflet was created based on the design concept of “Medical Perspective”. Furthermore, using this leaflet, we will hold a consultation on apparatus care for cancer patients and their families at city cancer treatment cooperation base hospitals. “Intensive campaign month to achieve a 50% cancer screening consultation rate” and “Breast Cancer Month”, and we will focus on supporting cancer patients in October, when interest in cancer increases. .
