However, such children and their families do not have sufficient options to spend time at home and at medical institutions, and measures to improve the quality of recuperation life are becoming increasingly important.
Yokohama City has decided to support the establishment and operation of a “life-threatening illness and family life support facility (tentative name) Children's Hospice)” as the first initiative in the city. When we performed open call for participants of management company, there was application from one person and, after examination by selection committee, company was decided as follows.
