"Medical Manga Grand Prize" winning work that will change the perspective of change!

Yokohama City is working on a “medical perspective” project that carries out medical publicity in a manner in cooperation with private companies, etc., so that citizens can regard medical care as themselves rather than “other person”. .
This time, with the aim of improving the communication gap related to medical care using manga, we held a manga award "Medical Manga Award" that draws "differences" based on episodes experienced by patients and healthcare professionals. During the work recruitment period from September 30 to October 10, 55 manga works were submitted, and one grand prize and seven winning works were selected as winning works.
Under the theme of "the final stage of life", the grand prize was determined to be Mr. Ayunuma's work depicting the last parting of the parent and child with a unique touch.
