Cooperation on renewable energy We will hold an inter-regional exchange with local governments, Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture, "Kamisu City Renewable Energy Power Plant Tour"!

　Yokohama City is working to expand the spread of renewable energy toward the realization of decarbonization by 2050, and has concluded a partnership agreement with municipalities that have abundant renewable energy resources. In the cooperation agreement, we will also cooperate on the creation of mutual regional vitality triggered by connections between local governments regarding the promotion of decarbonization.
　This time, we will deepen our knowledge of renewable energy through inter-regional exchanges with Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture, a partner local government, and encourage our own use of renewable energy, environmental management, CSR, and SDGs initiatives. For the purpose of this, we will hold a tour of wind power plants in Kamisu City and training facilities for people involved in wind power generation for businesses in Yokohama City.
