Yokohama City, Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. (President: Shinichi Sasayama) and Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. (President: Yasuhiro Konishi) have launched an initiative to supply surplus electricity that cannot be consumed within the school to Municipal Central Library by utilizing self-consignment.
