Exchange project with Aizuwakamatsu City based on a renewable energy cooperation agreement

　Yokohama City has concluded a partnership agreement on renewable energy with 16 municipalities, including Aizuwakamatsu City, which has abundant renewable energy resources, as one of its efforts to realize a decarbonized "Zero Carbon Yokohama" by 2050.
　This partnership agreement promotes efforts to create, introduce, and expand the use of renewable energy for the realization of decarbonization, as well as to create regional vitality among regions.
　Yokohama City, in collaboration with Yokohama SDGs Design Center, Yokohama Red Brick Co., Ltd., and JGC Holdings Co., Ltd., held the "AIZU x YOKOHAMA Future Design Department Winter Camp 2023 Program" in Aka Renga Soko where high school students from Yokohama City and Aizuwakamatsu City learn and interact with each other.
