We have created the Naka Ward Barrier-Free Basic Concept

We will promote barrier-free areas around Kannai Station, Sakuragicho Station, Bashamichi Station, Nihon-odori Station, and Isezaki-Chojamachi Station!
In Yokohama-shi, we completed making of barrier-free basic design based on barrier-free law in each ward 1 district by the end of 2016. Currently, in order to further promote barrier-free, we are examining basic plans around multiple stations in each ward, including reviewing the created districts (spiral up). In Naka Ward, we reviewed the area around Kannai Station, which was created in fiscal 2004, and created a basic concept for barrier-free Naka Ward that combines the areas around Sakuragicho Station, Bashamichi Station, Nihon-odori Station, and Isezaki-Chojamachi Station.
