Hazawa Yokohama National University Station Area Barrier-Free Basic Concept

Based on the Barrier-Free Law, Yokohama City is working to create a basic barrier-free concept around the station.
This time, based on the residents' proposals using the "Proposal System for Creating Basic Design *" under Article 27 of the Barrier-Free Law, we created a basic concept for barrier-free area around Hazawa Yokohama Kokudai Station.
In preparing the project, a “District Subcommittee” consisting of local residents, welfare-related organizations, academics, businesses, government officials, etc., was set up, and “Town Walk Inspection and Workshops” and “Information on Barrier-Free Information” For about two years since January 2020, we repeated examinations while reflecting the voices of local residents and worked on creating a basic concept.
