Municipal Higashi Totsuka Station East Exit Second Bicycle Parking Building B (hereinafter referred to as “existing facilities”) was closed in August 2021 due to aging facilities, and we are considering rebuilding and rebuilding.

The site of the existing facility is directly connected to Higashi Totsuka Station and is highly convenient, so private businesses are recruiting businesses to utilize the land, including rebuilding and rebuilding public bicycle parking lots by private businesses using a fixed-term lease method. For this reason, a dialogue with businesses (the first sounding survey) was held in July last year, and discussions were underway.
