The municipal Higashi-Totsuka Station East Exit No. 2 Bicycle Parking Lot B (hereinafter referred to as “existing facilities”) located in Shinano-cho, Totsuka-ku, Yokohama, which is owned by Yokohama City, closed in August 2021 due to aging facilities and is currently considering redevelopment.
Since the site of the existing facility is directly connected to Higashi Totsuka Station and is highly convenient land, a dialogue with the company (sounding type market survey) was conducted in July 2022 and March 2023 with the aim of recruiting businesses for redevelopment of public bicycle parking lots by private businesses.

Overview of the results of the sounding survey

　We will publish a summary of the results of the sounding survey conducted from July 25 to August 8, Reiwa 4.
　In this dialogue, we were able to ask about ideas for utilization and issues related to commercialization. Based on these results, we plan to hold a second dialogue within FY2022 by embodying the conditions and preparing additional materials.
