Municipal Higashi Totsuka Station East Exit Second Bicycle Parking Building B (hereinafter referred to as “existing facilities”) was closed in August 2021 due to aging facilities, and we are considering redevelopment.
Since the site of the existing facility is directly connected to Higashi Totsuka Station and is highly convenient, a private company using a fixed-term lease method will openly recruit businesses to utilize the land, including rebuilding and rebuilding public bicycle parking lots. In July 2022 and March 2023, we are conducting dialogues with businesses (sounding surveys) in order to promote the study.

We announce summary of result of sounding investigation that we carried out from March 27 to March 31, Reiwa 5.
Based on these results, we will continue to examine business methods and lead to redevelopment.

Overview of the results of the sounding survey

　We will publish a summary of the results of the sounding survey conducted from July 25 to August 8, Reiwa 4.
　In this dialogue, we were able to ask about ideas for utilization and issues related to commercialization. Based on these results, we plan to hold a second dialogue within FY2022 by embodying the conditions and preparing additional materials.
